Who are we?
Established in 2018, IZthetics was created with a mission to provide vegan friendly beauty treatments to customers in Hove, during the pandemic when salons were forced to shut, IZthetics branched out into cosmetics, providing eco friendly/sustainable alternatives to trending beauty products online. From product to package, when you shop with us you can be rest assured you are also playing a part in promoting an eco friendly world.

What makes your products special?
We have carefully built a business based upon providing eco alternatives to trending beauty products. The dermaplaning blade handles are made from a new type of biodegradable plastic to ensure longevity and strength but still maintain our eco ethos. Our pimple patches are each made of recyclable hydrocolloid and the packaging recyclable PET plastic.
We truly care about our customers need as well as the environment around us. We want to prove you can look like good whilst doing going!
Do I need a patch test if I have had the same treatment elsewhere?
Absolutely, to ensure each client doesn't have any allergies to our products we have a moral and legal obligation to patch test everyone who comes through our doors and make sure they won't react to our in-salon procedures.
Any product that is used around the eyes requires a patch test, e.g. Lash lifts, Lash tints, Eyebrow tints, IZthetibrows.
I didn't receive my product, what now?
If you didn't receive your product, simply write to us and let us know, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement.
I'd love to have my eyebrows done with you, but I am still apprehensive, is there anything you can say that will put me at ease?
We would never want to coax a client into having a treatment done that they are unsure about, if we feel a client is not 100% about wanting the treatment done then we would advise against it. This is a permanent treatment after all.
That being said, something we tell to all our clients, we spend a very long time mapping the brows prior to tattooing double checking with the client at every step, you are within your rights to change the shape to suit your needs before the treatment commences. If you want them slightly larger/small/longer/darker colour/ lighter colour and it is within reason, we will absolutely oblige. We want you to be 100% happy with your new brows.
Brows are numbed using a topical anesthetic and this is continuously topped up throughout the service to ensure pain relief.
